Albany Vintage & Classic Motorcycle Club – Rally & Hillclimb Overnighter

Capel Riders are heading to Albany for a camping over‑nighter and a full weekend of vintage & classic motorcycle action.

Event Overview
 

• Saturday: Ride to Albany & Rally - After the rally setting up
• Camping: Albany Rifle Club — $10 per head
• Bar & kitchen open
• Bring something to cook
• Toilets & showers available
- Rally possibly a group ride ending at the Rifle Club Camp

• Sunday: Hillclimb view, vintage bikes & ride home

Capel Riders Ride Plan

Saturday
Meet: Capel Bakery — 6:15 AM
Stands up: 6:45 AM (early start due to rally entry cut‑off at 11:45)

Route Down (Saturday)

• Capel → Manjimup (fuel & leg stretch)
• Manjimup → Mount Barker (fuel & leg stretch)
• Mount Barker → Albany
• Set up camp at Albany Rifle Club

 

Return Route (Sunday)

Albany → Denmark → Walpole → Pemberton → Nannup → Capel

Viewing for Rally Entry

Entry is via a raffle ticket drawn after the ride.
Cost: $20 per ticket.

What to Bring

• Your swag / tent
• Food for the camp kitchen (food could be purchased in Albany for the BBQ or a takeaway meal) - Drinks available from the Rifle Club bar

• Usual ride gear & good vibes
Times after stands up are appropriate
Fuel stops are pre planned, please refuel with everyone else
