🔥 CAPEL RIDERS – WHAT A YEAR IT’S BEEN! 🔥

Since March 2025 (until the end of this month), our club has been absolutely pumping, and it’s all thanks to the incredible members who show up, ride, support, and make this community what it is.

Here’s a snapshot of what we’ve achieved together:

🏍️ Around 50 rides & events hosted

📅 Spread across at least 60 days

🔒 Over 35 member‑only events

🌏 8 open events
(With members & non members)

❤️ 3 Capel Riders charity events

💰 2 fundraisers for the club

🛏️ At least 12 nights spent away with the club in hotels or camping.

Since March 2025, our big trips with members have taken us to Walpole, King River, York, Bali & more - Thousands of kilometres covered!

🏠 Over 30 of our events have finished at, or been held at the Clubhouse, keeping our home base buzzing and full of life.

And this doesn’t even include the rides we’ve joined with other clubs across the region.

I’ll be honest — planning and organising is hard work, with countless hours put in.

But it makes a massive difference when our RCs step up and run day rides on behalf of the club. It takes a lot of pressure off me, and I’m genuinely thankful for the support.

A big shoutout to all the volunteers in our club!

That’s what teamwork looks like.

I wanted to share this, because I think it often gets overlooked — this is what we’ve achieved as a club in just one year.

Why do I do it?
Because I genuinely enjoy seeing this club grow. I love seeing members make new friends, build connections, and enjoy themselves. Our open events and charity events also help get our great name out there in the community, making us in my opinion the best Motorcycle Social Club in the South West. That’s what makes all the effort worth it.

This is what community looks like.

This is what Capel Riders is all about.

Here’s to the next chapter — more rides, more memories, more good times.

Cheers all,
Roger (DODDZ) - President, Capel Riders.
