The 'Small print'


Voucher draws...
To be in the AMX competition draw you must hold a valid pre purchased ticket which can be purchased from HUMANTIX for $20pp
If the winner is not present when their name is called, we will hold on to the prize until our final destination, we will call the name out again at the final destination but if there is no takers we will redraw!
Tickets...
Everyone that attends a BIKERZ NITE event must hold a ticket even if they are not joining in on the ride, the ticket charge is mostly a cover charge for the band - Any remaining funds (if any) after this event has been paid for will be directed towards the Capel Riders Inc. Club account which will eventually be distributed to local charities. For more on what Capel Riders do for the local community, click here.
Some tickets may be available on the day, depending on how many we sell prior. 
Please bring your tickets along with you, you don't need to print, on your phone is okay.


The Ride...
All riders automatically agree to 'How We Ride' which is basic group safety riding protocol, we want everyone to have a safe & enjoyable ride and to get home safely.  
All riders ride at own risk.
We will not organize a group ride back, this will allow people time to recover and depart in their own time, when they are feeling fit and able to ride. 


No trouble makers...
We are all here to have a good time with fellow bikers, so please no troublemakers.
Show respect to fellow riders, hotel staff and other patrons of the pub


At the Hotel...
All BIKERZ NITE destinations are licensed establishments, please respect and support this
Strictly no BYO alcohol.
If camping, only camp in areas directed by Hotel staff.
Outdoor fires will be lit, weather & fire ban permitting. Please keep the area clean & use bins provided.
