The 'Small print'

Voucher draws...
To be in the AMX competition draw you must register on the BIKERZ NITE Form on the main page of this event AND  hold a valid pre purchased ticket which can be purchased from HUMANTIX for $20pp here.

Tickets...
Everyone that attends BIKERZ NITE must hold a ticket even if they are not joining in on the ride, the ticket charge is mostly a cover charge for the band - Any remaining funds (if any) after this event has been paid for will be directed towards the Capel Riders Inc. Club account which will eventually be distributed to local charities. For more on what Capel Riders do for the local community, click here.
Some tickets may be available on the day, depending on how many we sell prior. Tickets sold on the day will not be in the draw for the voucher giveaways, so it's best to prepurchase. 
Please bring your tickets along with you, you don't need to print, on your phone is okay.

The Ride...
All riders automatically agree to 'How We Ride' which is basic group safety riding protocol, we want everyone to have a safe & enjoyable ride and to get home safely.  
We will be stopping along the way for fuel in Collie, there is NO FUEL at Quindanning.
All riders ride at own risk.
We will not be organized a group ride back at this stage, this will allow people time to recover and depart in their own time, when they are feeling fit and able to ride. 

No trouble makers...
We are all here to have a good time with fellow bikers, so please no trouble makers.
Show respect to fellow riders, hotel staff and other patrons of the pub

At the Hotel...
Quindanning is a licensed establishment, please respect and support this - strictly no BYO alcohol.
If camping, only camp in areas directed by Quindanning staff.
Outdoor fires will be lit, weather & fire ban permitting. Please keep the area clean & use bins provided.
