To become a Capel Riders Inc. Member you must have joined the Capel Riders on at least TWO club rides / events and expressed interest to the committee about becoming a member. 

You must ether ride your own motorcycle OR your partner must be a fully paid member of Capel Riders Inc & you are wanting to partake in Capel Riders Members events with them.
