A few of the Capel Riders headed out for a recon ride, checking the route and making sure everything’s set for BIKERZ NITE #2 - here’s what you need to know for the run:

---

Fuel Stops

• Donnybrook – Vibe Servo

Our first planned stop and a good chance for everyone to regroup as chances are the traffic lights in Bunbury will split us up

• Manjimup – First parking bay in town (opposite Caltex)

- If you need fuel, duck into Caltex, fill up, then roll back to the parking bay.

- If you don’t need fuel, just head straight into the bay and wait for the group.

Note though, this is the last fuel stop before Walpole.

• Walpole – BP

Has 95 & 98 for the trip home.

Road Conditions & Riding Formation

• Staggered formation from Bunbury to Manjimup - a zig zag formation, not side by side.
For more on riding in Staggered formation,

• Single file from Manjimup to Walpole — the forest roads are narrow, winding and scenic.

Always allowing enough space between you & the rider in front, but trying not to leave a big enough gap for any car drivers to dangerously cut in front

If you’d prefer to ride at your own pace (newer rider or don't feel comfortable in a staggard formation with lots of bikes), no worries at all. Sit towards the back and meet us at each stop.

We want everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy the ride.

Food & Drinks

• Lunch: Sausage sizzle at AMX (included)

At the pub...

• Dinner: Full pub menu + slow‑cooked beef rolls for snacks

• Breakfast: Let the bar know the night before if you’d like brekky

Drinks: The Walpole Hotel is fully licensed — please support them. No BYO.

Separate to BIKERZ NITE, the Walpole Hotel Motel would like to donate towards our charity ride, the South West Charity Toy Ride (which is held in December) - 50% profit of Cash sales of certain items will be donated, a big CHEERS to the Walpole hotel motel for offering to do this! - Cash is king!

---

Arrival at Walpole Hotel

• Roll into the hotel carpark for a group photo and prize draw.

• Camping? I’ll point out the camping area once we arrive.
Theres a set route the Walpole Hotel Motel would like campers to take onto & off the grass.

Campers - Make sure your luggage is tied to your motorbike correctly, if you are unsure, feel free to throw any gear into our support UTE.

---

Ride Pace

We all like to twist the throttle a bit, but there's a time & a place and in a large group of riders isn't the best time - we’ll be cruising around the speed limit.
If you can't keep up with the pace, no worries, sit towards the back & we will see you at the next stop, don't push beyond your limits.

---

New Riders

If you’re new to riding or new to group rides, feel free to sit towards the back so you can ride at a pace that suits you.

It’s about 1 hour 30 minutes from Manjimup to Walpole. If you need a break, don’t push yourself — pull over, rest up, and we’ll see you there.

Not long now folks - BIKERZ NITE #2, Feb 28th!
